LONDON, March 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Medical Group, Europe's leading independent diagnostic imaging service provider, has today announced the appointment of Guy Blomfield as Group Chief Operating Officer. He joins Alliance Medical from General Healthcare Group (GHG).

Guy's appointment follows the successful restructuring of Alliance Medical Group in 2010, which has provided the company with a stable and strong platform for growth. His arrival further cements the strategic partnership between GHG and Alliance Medical.
