This new release adds support for Avaya communications technology and extends the product's functionality, allowing for a single, unified view across heterogeneous IP telephony environments.

Support for Nortel communications technology will be implemented in the next financial quarter, giving Cisco, Avaya and Nortel customers a specialized reporting solution and providing PROGNOSIS with coverage across each of these market-dominant IP telephony platforms.

In addition to the new vendor support, other PROGNOSIS IP Telephony Management Reporter enhancements include:
