The Software Satisfaction Awards, run by Sift Media, are based on the views of buyers and end-users and for 2010, the winners were decided through a combination of a user survey and an industry expert judging panel. Paul Greenberg, President of The 56 Group, author of CRM at the speed of Light and lead judge for the CRM categories, comments, Really Simple Systems won the SSA awards for a really simple reason - they produce a very good hard core traditional CRM product that their customers can actually use, actually like and can afford.
