HAMBURG, Germany, November 25, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hamburg investment bank Varengold is calling all trading talents to participate in the FX trading challenge. It's an endurance test for everyone who wants to prove that they can manage capital professionally. The registration period will run until 30 November. From 1 December, all participants will trade worldwide currency pairs with virtual capital for three months with a free and non-binding trading account. The participant who earns the highest risk-adjusted returns on his virtual capital over the course of the competition will be chosen as the winner. The prize: up to one million US dollars (in increments) in trading capital as a retainer (funds advisor) for asset management. The costs for the conception and the setting up of the retainer will be borne by the Hamburg investment bank. Additionally, the bank will support the trading activities by adding further capital from third parties to the managed account. Varengold is organising the competition for the third time.
