In accordance with the AMF General Regulation (Reglement general de l'Autorite des marches financiers), the Supervisory Board has decided to appoint Finexsi as independent expert in order to prepare a report on the financial terms and conditions of the tender offer filed on 28 September 2010 by AS Online Beteiligungs GmbH, an affiliate of Axel Springer AG.
